It is so nice to be able to enjoy the wildlife in our yard. You get to see the coons coming to feed at the feeder. You get to watch the hummingbirds flit from flower to flower and then zoom off. Right now, I am sitting in the family room watching a mama "flicker" woodpecker and her baby. The mama is going to the bird feeder and getting some seed, she then is going to the tree where her baby sits and she begins to open the seed. Once it is opened she feeds her baby and does it all over again.
Of course, you already know about the deer! By the way, mom had a flock of turkeys under her feeder yesterday.
